Everything looks so Good!

Today mom and dad took us out to breakfast. Kyra spent the afternoon with Tim's parents and little Bella went out to my parents so I could get some reading done. I took my last final shortly after that... Four more classes until I graduate... Yippee!

School Dance

Tonight Kyra had a grade school dance at Beaumont. She is only in third grade but she looked like she was fifteen. I wanted to put her in a little froo-froo dress but as it turns out, her mom's boyfriend had taken her shopping and this is what she got. i cant really blame him though, she is so darn cute when he wants something! Anyways, she and I got her ready... did her hair, a little eyeshaddow, a touch of blush and a ton of glitter... and I mean ton! When we got there she asked me to announce her (because she felt like a princess) so I did. "Now introducing Miss Kyra bronander." It was hilarious, but she didnt want me to when we got into the gym... hmmm? There was a certain third grade boy that also attended that she spent the night dancing with. His name is Jared. I guess they are in the same advanced math class, but different third grade classes. I talked briefly with his mother and she told me that Jared was so excited to go to the dance because "he had a date." When I later told kyra that she said "It wasnt a date... he didnt take me out to dinner." What a peanut!

Black eye

I knew little Kaitlynn's spill was going to happen... but I didn't know it would turn into a black eye. When she came home today from Paula's my jaw just about hit the floor. I cried, she giggled... its a learning experience i guess... no more laundry with baby on the bed!

Kaitlynn's first spill

I knew it was coming, I was hoping she would be a little bit older though. Last night miss Kaitlynn Bella took her first digger. I was doing laundry in the basement and I had her on the bed in the next room. I was gone for maybe a minute and a half but that's all it took. Boom! Followed by a shrieking cry. I ran to find her on the floor... Of course I scooped her up and cried right with her. It scared us both tremendously... What a bad mother... sigh. I knew she was going to take spill one day but I was planning on it being after she could at least crawl. Thank gosh she is of sturdy stock... Those Bronander melon are made of steel. Looks like rolling is here to stay and crawling is not far off :) All I can say is shes keeping me on my toes...

Out to Eat

Tonight we went out with Tim's Auntie Karla for our Birthday dinners. She treated us all to a local steakhouse that we have grown quite fond of. It was nice after such a long weekend of work to have that time to just relax around people you care about. It was nice for Karla and Jeremy too though because they got to cuddle the little peanut. It had been longer between visits than I had remembered... time flies doesn't it?

Little Bella was reaching for everything. She really wanted Karla's drinks, all three of them.

After a couple hours she got tuckered out and fell asleep on her Godfather's shoulder. Jeremy is so good to her... now I just need to talk Tim into one more, but that's a whole nother blog!

Weekend with Auntie and Uncle

I think that's how you spell Auntie. For those of you who don't know me very well, I am definately a phonetic speller :) So you will see typos from time to time... just keeping you on your toes!

This weekend I have to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 630pm to 7am. Yucky I know! But in the mean time, little Kaitlynn will be spending some quality time with her Aunt Paula and Uncle Andy... and of course the two lovely ladies Cassie and Kalli her cousins. I am so luck to have them back in the family cause they are always there when Tim and I are in a pinch, or when Paula wants so cuddle time... Its a win win situation.

While I was busy makin the big bucks :) Bella went with her cousins to Bay Beach (which is a local amusement park... think small... its only Green Bay). I was totally okay with it because i figured that she was too small to go on any rides anyway... but she did. Arrgghhh damn you merry go round. But at least it wasn't the Zebra... do you hear that world... I claim the Zebra.

Paula and I have a long standing joke that I don't care if she does a first with her (ie: walking, talking, spitting) as long as I don't hear about it. I am going to have to tease her for this one :)
